2021 Baltic Chain Tour will be organized in shortened version

The second year in a row Baltic Chain Tour will be 3 days long. This year BCT will be raced from the 20th of August until the 22nd of August and is UCI 2.2 category event. Two stages will be on Estonian soil and one mostly in Latvia. Tour will start from Tallinn and will end in Valga.

Head of tour Mr. Allar Tõnissar says that this year’s update is a ceremonial teams presentation held in Tallinn Botanic Garden. „This should be an entertaining introduction to the tour. Foreign teams will have a nice overview of Estonian rich nature and roads and fans will see lots of attendees from all over the world. We hope to have up to 30 teams on the start line and most of them will come outside the Baltics“ promises Mr. Tõnissaar.

Currently, 29 teams have confirmed their participation. Among those teams is Estonian champion Mihkel Räim team Mazowsze Serce Polski, Rait Ärm team Groupama-FDJ, and Estonian own continental team Ampler Development Team. Many teams come from Germany, France, and Belgium. „High level of teams will promise to have an interstring and attractive tour. Fans will be happy.“ says Mr. Tõnissaar. Also is attending Estonian National Team.

Baltic Chain Tour will have also events for a wider audience and there are events for children, young, and amateur cycling fans. Come and take part in the following events:
TTP Youth Tour (18.-20. august, Tallinn)
Lauri Ausi memorial race (20. august, Tallinn)
