Last stage was won in front of Estonian Parliament by Phil Bauhaus from team Stölting in a close contest with Lithuanian Aidis Kruopis. 19-year old Mathieu van der Poel finished third and secured general classification victory. M van der Poel also won points classification and was best young rider of the tour. Mountain jersey was already decided yesterday when last mountain points were handed out. Among many contestants for the jersey Belarus Team rider Uladzimir Harakhavik gained most points and retained the Polka-Dot jersey.
