Weather in Latvia during the tour

The month of August is characterized by falling daily high temperatures, with daily highs decreasing from 24°C to 21°C over the course of the month, exceeding 28°C or dropping below 17°C only one day in ten. Daily low temperatures range from 11°C to 14°C, falling below 7°C or exceeding 18°C only one day in ten. One should have suitable clothes for both sunny and rainy days.
